Try our delicious soy strips, medallions and granules

Use: Cover your dried granules, strips or medallions with boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour into a colander, squeeze out all excess water. Add strips to your curry or casserole or simply crumb.

Pure Foods loves medallions marinated in soya sauce and honey and then lightly browned on the grill. Granules are wonderful for wraps and lasagnes
